Tea Time at the Library

The Library of the Literary and Historial Society of Quebec located in the Morrin Centre will be open until 9:00 p.m. on Thursday evenings as well as Tuesday evenings. To mark the occasion, we invite you to attend Tea Time at the Library.

Once Upon a Time – Storytelling Workshop

Register now for the 2-day storytelling workshop, Once Upon a Time, which will be held Saturday, February 18 and Sunday, February 19, 2012, at the Morrin Centre. You’ll brainstorm story ideas with professional storyteller, Taylor Tower. You’ll learn how to mold and shape your story, pulling out the rich details and emotional triggers that make a good story great. Participants will rehearse and perform their stories, partaking in one of the oldest and most rewarding of human traditions. This is a great opportunity to learn and have fun, for free!

The workshop is geared towards adults and is limited to 10 participants. The deadline for registration is January 15, 2012.
