Assist clients in entering the job market to find a long-term and satisfying career by the means of elaborating a professional action plan that takes into account an individuals interests, skills and experiences.
These services are available to people that are actively looking for work, looking to reenter the job market or simply looking to continue their studies

The Fort program offers 3 main services: Education, career counseling; Job search assistance; Business start-up information.
Education and career counseling:
Needs assessment, personalized career counseling; Skills and interest assessed; Psychometric evaluations;
Information on the work forces and school; Information on financial assistance; Education, evaluations profile.
Job search assistance:
Personalized career counseling job search strategies; Resume and cover letter preparation; Interview skills, employer contacts and job follow-up; Referral to external resources.
Documentation centre:
Individual assistance; Access to internet and word processing; Up-to-date information on the job market and on employment opportunities; Documentation on educational institutions and programs; Job board and daily newspapers; Fax and photocopy services; Business directories.
Cost : Free of charge.
Services available in English or French.
