Testimonials
My first introduction to VEQ was when I attended a VEQ Fall Fest more than twenty years ago. There, under one roof, were organizations providing valuable information on community activities, health care in English, education, art displays, and a host of other interesting topics. As well, it was a great opportunity to make new acquaintances. Since then I have attended numerous VEQ sponsored events and increasingly find that these functions are a main ingredient in the glue that keeps the community together. – John Klassen
“I moved to Quebec City five years ago. Although I soon found work in an English environment, as a newcomer, I still felt quite isolated. A friend introduced me to VEQ and I quickly joined the board and became involved in the Newcomers Committee. Not only did I meet more Anglophones, I felt as if I was making a difference in and for our community.” Teresa Spyksma
